This Dog Exercise Pen folds flat back and forth like an accordian and is not connected at its two ends.
There is a dual, double-hooks top and bottom latch that slides down over upper and lower horizontal support rods. This latch makes the two adjoining closing panels a sturdy 48" straight line panel. We recommend a square-shape configuration of 2 panels by 4 sides.
