This is the replacement hook and loop collar for the Animal Lure Flirt Poles.  It's a nylon web strap with hook and loop surfaces.

The original collar that came with your flirt pole should last a very, very long time.  It would only need replacing if your dog has been biting it, which is a definite possibility as its gnawing away at the head or front squeaker of the animal lures!
