UPS 2nd Day Air = 2 Business Days, delivery typically by the end of the day
UPS 2nd Day Air A.M. = 2 Business Days, delivery typically by 10:30 a.m.
UPS Next Day Air Saver = Next Business Day, delivery typically by 3:00 p.m.
UPS Next Day Air = Next Business Day, delivery typically by 10:30 a.m.
UPS Next Day Air Early A.M. = Next Business Day, Delivery as early as 8:00 a.m.
United States UPS charges are based upon published UPS rates (see www.UPS.com), the weight of the package in 1 pound increments, the applicable UPS United States Shipping Zone, and any rate adjustments that may include one or more of the following; fuel surcharge, residential delivery, delivery surcharge for remote locations, insurance and/or special services. BestDogKennel.com also does business internationally. If you live outside of the United States of America, transactions will be done via email communication then payment through PayPal. This allows both parties to be insured by their Seller's and Buyer's Protection Problems. If you are an international customer, please email your country and the merchandise you are interested in purchasing. You will receive an email reply within 24-hours Monday through Friday.
If ordering more than one type of product on the same order, your shipment may originate from different locations and use various shipment methods. Tracking numbers will be emailed upon request. Some tracking numbers may be automatically generated and sent to the email provided with your order. If you want a UPS tracking number for an order of 1 lb. or less, UPS charges and extra $2. Please email us at BestDogKennel@Live.com if you want your tracking number or, you wish to purchase the $2 UPS tracking number for your order of 1 lb. or less. Orders can be shipped anywhere from the same day to weeks depending on whether it is in stock, handling load per day, and the time the order was received. You may track your order by clicking on "Track Your Order." An order that is marked "In Progress" is being processed by BestDogKennel.com and should be shipped shortly. An order that is marked "Complete" has left BestDogKennel.com and is now in the hands of the shipping courier. An order that has been marked "Backordered" will be accompanied by an email explanation of your options, to the email address provided with your order. All orders are billed a $2.99 handling fee. Engraved dog tags may take up to five days to ship. All packages over 200 lbs. ship by truck freight via North American Van Lines. Freight charge pricing can be done the same day if ordered by 3:00 p.m. Contact us if your order requires freight. Upon discretion of our Handling Department, FedEx, USPS Priority, and/or USPS First Class may be used if shipping times are equivalent or faster than UPS Ground with no further charges incurred.
We are open for business and process and ship daily Monday through Friday. BestDogKennel.com representatives may be additionally available for MSN or Yahoo chat (see Contact Us page) and email response on Saturdays. We are closed on the Lord's Day--Sundays.
If you need to return an item, you need to contact us for a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization # )
We have to know the reason why it’s being returned—is it defective, would you like the product repaired, replaced, or would you like a refund or credit for another product from BestDogKennel.com? The RMA # will be written on the outside of the returned item package, so that our shipping and receiving department knows how to route the returned product and knows that you, the valuable customer, has contacted someone in customer service. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. There are no returns of special order items (engraved dog tags, etc.) other than those that are found to be defective. A credit will be issued to you as soon as BestDogKennel.com receives and processes your returned merchandise. Up to two billing cycles may be required for a credit refund to appear on your credit card statement. All credit requests (a shipment shortage, etc.) must be requested no later than five business days from the invoice date. All requests for Confirmation of Delivery must be received no later than 30 days from the invoice date. Sales errors requests for returns must be requested no later than 30 days of the invoice date. RMA #’s are valid for 30 days from the date they were issued. Packages sent in return without the RMA # written on the outside may be returned at the customer’s expense. Any items returned without prior approval (RMA #) will be returned at the customer’s expense. Please do not send any returns via air rates. Any return received after 30 days from RMA# issuance may be refused. Packages damaged due to shipping need to be reported immediately to the shipping carrier and to BestDogKennel.com. Be sure to designate that your packages were received damaged when signing the receipt. Please keep all boxes, especially the damaged ones, until otherwise advised by the shipping carrier. Periodically our suppliers revise the requirements placed on defective returned merchandise; we therefore, reserve the right to implement those requirements without further notice.
Cancellation or Refund Policy If an order is refused (it has already been shipped), a 15 % restocking fee will be assessed and all shipping or freight charges in both directions are the responsibility of the customer. A 15% restocking charge will be assessed if merchandise is returned due to customer error. Products returned will go to the engineer or technician on call who will ascertain as to whether or not the product is defective, if not, the same restocking charge will be assessed. A brand new box has to be made as shipping labels destroy the original box, new styrofoam may be needed, administrative processing, credit card processing fees both ways, an engineer's or technicians time, and handling department personnel time, all incur costs. Shipping errors by BestDogKennel.com will not cause the assessment of the restocking charge. A request for an Out of Stock refund will be processed by Shepherd's Way Incorporated, www.BestDogKennel.com, within 24 to 48 hours. Up to two billing cycles may be required for a credit refund to appear on your credit card statement.
