Dog Crates must have ONLY steel rod/wire vents and doors for approved international travel. These items are necessary to meet airline regulations for transporting animals internationally.
Domestically in the U.S.A., you do not need steel rod/wire vents. Your domestic dog crate may have plastic vents.
